- All sales on discounted items and collaborations are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:

- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect to which was ordered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Exchanges:

Final Sale Items & Custom Orders:
- Custom orders & items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
