IMPRINT WASH INSTRUCTIONS

  • WASH

    To wash your garment, turn item inside-out and use cold water. Mild detergents are recommended to support the longevity of a print. 

  • DRY

    When drying any item always follow the manufactures instructions located on the neck label/tag. Hang to dry or tumble on low if needed.

  • IRON

    Please use caution when ironing any printed garment. Ironing over a print will cause the ink to stick to the iron ruining your great print.

• COST ESTIMATES & PAYMENT •

YOUR PRINT ORDER WILL BE CONSIDERED CONFIRMED AND PRODUCTION WILL BE SCHEDULED TO BEGIN ONCE ARTWORK IS APPROVED AND YOUR INVOICE IS PAID IN FULL. We are a small shop and do not offer terms on custom orders. Any estimate is valid for 30 days from the time given. The final price will be given at the time of the invoice. Rush orders are subject to an additional charge.

• TIMING & DELIVERY •

If you have a specific date you must have your items in hand, let us know BEFORE placing your order. All delivery dates are to be considered estimates. We are not responsible for delays that may occur due to circumstances outside our control such as, but not limited to; supplier stock, availability, shipping issues, etc.

• ARTWORK •

It is our strict policy NOT to print items that violate intellectual property rights. If you do not have full permission to reproduce the image provided then please seek a different company to fulfill your order. Artwork must be provided as vector (ideally) or a minimum of 600 dpi at desired print size. Acceptable formats include - .ai, .pdf, .eps, and .svg. We have found that many printing errors can be traced back to the original artwork. Please take time to ensure there are NO TYPOS or GRAPHICAL ERRORS. We will always give your image a second look, but ultimately the responsibility is with you to make sure that your artwork is as you want it printed. There will be no refunds or discounts once the job has begun. Any artwork that is not print-ready is subject to a charge of $45/hour (minimum of 1 hour then 15-minute increments).

• CREATIVE SERVICES •

Have an idea you need help getting out? Creative services are available at the rate of $45/hour (minimum of 1 hour then 15-minute increments). We will do our best to proofread for typos and grammatical errors, but ultimately the responsibility is on you to make sure you proof your artwork before printing.

• COLOR MATCHING •

We will do our best to match the color you request. Please note that exact Pantone® Color matching is available upon request for an additional charge. A computer screen does not correctly represent colors printed. The following primarily apply to screen printing and garment orders:

• GARMENTS PURCHASED •

At the time your order is paid in full, we will place the order for your garments. Out of stock and shortages of ordered items are rare, but it does happen. We will let you know as soon as we know and give you options and substitutions. Returns of unembellished items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

••• CUSTOMER PROVIDED GARMENTS •••

While we offer a full line of wholesale garments we understand that sometimes circumstances are such that you may need to provide your own. Please always check with us before ordering garments on your own as many considerations may affect your final product such as over-dyeing and fabric contents. We will not be held responsible for printing issues on customer-provided items nor are we responsible for any manufacturer defects in the garments. Also, when you provide your own garments there may be up to a 5% misprint rate. There is no charge for these misprints but we do recommend that you over-purchase to ensure you aren’t short.
